Since this ring is made of brass, some individuals may experience some discoloration of skin. Our rings are treated with microcrystalline wax, which may be sufficient in preventing skin discoloration. However, this may best be avoided by applying a coat of clear fingernail polish to the inside of the ring to act as a barrier preventing direct skin contact.
