Payment

Orders will not be shipped until payment and all details have been received. We will not send any files until payment is received. This includes anything custom or files for proof reading.

Custom Orders

We enjoy doing custom work and are more than happy to accommodate your wishes. Once we work out the details, your design will be completed and sent to you to proof read. Please look over your file and make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors. One round of edits is included in the design fee, however if after you have already approved a design you notice a mistake, please know that an additional proof fee may be necessary.

Shipping

Instant downloads are available for immeditate download through your purchase history. Please allow up to four business days to receive personalized digital items sent to you via email. Delivery time on digital items may very from 2-4 days. If you need them sooner, please contact us about a RUSH order. Please see our shop home page for current turn around time on personalized items.

*Rush orders are sent within 2 business days (unless otherwise agreed upon) once rush fee is paid. Same day rush orders are available upon a pre-approved basis only. Please reach out to me prior to ordering to make sure I can accommodate a same day rush.

We may or may not be able to accommodate your rush order. Please contact us BEFORE YOU ORDER to let me know your needs and to make sure we are not booked for that time period.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want every customer to be a happy customer! If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please let us know immediately so that we can rectify the situation.

*Please note that emailed files will not be refunded and may not be exchanged. All digital sales are final.

**Only partial refunds may be issued to orders where clients do not take the time to fully read the item description. When you purchase an item, you are agreeing to the policies and description of the listing. Any emails sent back and forth are considered a workable order and are therefore taken into account if a refund is to be issued. Refunds subject to shop's discretion.

A 10% restocking fee is required for all cancelled orders.
